Job Description:

Role Description – PG25 HCC

This position will be based in Santiago, Chile, and will have a transactional and operational focus across MedTech, Vision Care, and Surgical Vision.

This is a experienced analyst role (not entry level) that requires strong autonomy and the ability to work with minimal supervision. It is an individual contributor role, with no direct reports.

The role will play a hands-on and analytical role, focused on designing, executing, and improving key elements of the Health Care Compliance program. It will require a strong connection with the business, the ability to shape behaviors, and a clear sense of urgency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and execute testing and monitoring activities, including development of new testing approaches and methodologies
  • Design and lead training and capability-building initiatives, including field-based support and engagement with commercial teams
  • Support and execute Due Diligence (FIRST), RAMI processes, and follow-up of Management Action Plans (MAPs)
  • Review and support approval processes for events and congresses across businesses
  • Act as a key liaison with the Regional Center of Excellence, supporting alignment and implementation of regional initiatives
  • Support the design and execution of improvement plans, ensuring follow-up and implementation at market level
  • Maintain strong interaction with the business to identify risks, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement

Scope and interactions:

  • Primary focus on Surgery and Electrophysiology businesses
  • Main geographic scope will be Chile, Peru, and Ecuador, with potential interaction with Argentina when needed
  • Strong day-to-day interaction with commercial and marketing teams

Profile:

  • Established individual contributor with proven experience (not entry level)
  • Strong ability to work independently, prioritize, and move topics forward with limited guidance
  • Ability to connect with the business, influence stakeholders, and translate compliance into practical actions
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to design and execute monitoring and testing activities
  • High sense of urgency and ownership
