This role is part of the Global Services Finance team in the Invoice to Cash process area. The Global Services Finance organization provides best-in-class, cost-effective financial services, and compliance—in a J&J way—to our Operating Companies around the world.

The I2C Senior Team Lead (Reporting & Analytics) is accountable for end-to-end service delivery within the Invoice-to-Cash Reporting & Analytics function as part of J&J Global Services Finance. This role plays a critical part in delivering and executing the reporting strategy, enhancing data visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, automation, and effective stakeholder engagement. The position is also responsible for team capability development, performance management and consistent delivery of high-quality Reporting & Analytics outputs. This role reports to the I2C Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

1) Be compliant with applicable laws and regulations, and follow guidelines in the J&J Credo.

2) Maintain Operational Excellence


Reporting & Analytics Delivery

  • Own and drive end-to-end I2C Reporting & Analytics delivery across Cash Application, Credit Management, and Collections.
  • Define and standardize reporting frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and accuracy of reporting outputs across regions and processes.
  • Provide oversight of period-end and financial close reporting activities.
  • Translate data into insights, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Deliver forward-looking analysis to support performance monitoring and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Engagement and Enterprise Alignment

  • Lead performance discussions, governance forums, and business reviews.
  • Influence decisions and drive accountability for outcomes across functions.
  • Partner with various stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on I2C performance, risks, and opportunities.

Compliance, Governance & Risk Accountability

  • Execute all activities in compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements, including WWP, ICH, DTP, and other applicable standards.
  • Oversee data quality management and issue resolution processes.
  • Approve and manage exceptions, reporting standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Mitigate financial and operational risks through robust reporting oversight

Capability Building, Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and sponsor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience and insights.
  • Champion adoption of new tools, analytics, automation, and ways of working.
  • Contribute to development of global policies, playbooks, and governance models.
  • Support pilot initiatives, change management, and scaling of best practices across markets.

People Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team, fostering capability depth.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and drive accountability for results.
  • Identify skill gaps and drive targeted upskilling in reporting, analytics, data interpretation and insights.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance or related business discipline.
  • CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.

Experience & Background

  • More than 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Finance, Invoice‑to‑Cash operations.
  • At least 4 years people leadership experience, including performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Strong background in Finance, AR processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, or performance management, including working with large datasets and business insights.
  • Experience in a shared service, BPO, or multinational environment is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and decision‑making capability.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and business context.
  • Strong stakeholder management and drive enterprise-wide alignment.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with confidence presenting recommendations to management.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, exercise judgment, manage change, balance competing priorities and deliver results in complex and agile environments.

Systems & Technology

  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems
  • Strong experience with reporting and analytics tools (ex. Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with automation and data tools (ex. Power Query, macros) is an advantage

Work Requirements

  • Willingness to work on shifts to align with global assignment (ex. mid‑shift or night‑shift).
  • Willingness to work onsite, with flexibility for a temporary hybrid setup where applicable.

  • Foreign language capability (other than English) is a plus.
