We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR R&D NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER Engineer to be in Juarez City.
You will be responsible for:
Applies an intense and diverse knowledge of engineering principles and practices in assignment areas and related fields.
He makes independent decisions about engineering problems and methods and represents the organization at conferences to solve important questions and to plan and coordinate work.
It requires the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, precepts and practices of your field and related sciences and disciplines.
Supervision and guidance broadly related to requirements, critical situations, new concepts, and policy issues.
Consult supervisors about unusual problems.
You are responsible for one or more of the following points:
1. In his capacity as a supervisor, he plans, develops, coordinates, and directs a large major engineering project or a small number of projects with many complicated features.
As an individual researcher, you carry out complex or new tasks that require new or improved techniques or procedures.
As a specialist staff, you develop and evaluate plans and criteria for a variety of projects and activities that will be carried out by others.
Addresses the feasibility and robustness of proposed engineering, product, or equipment evaluation tests when the necessary information is insufficient or confirmation by means of testing is recommended.
You can technically supervise, coordinate and review the work of a small group of engineers and technicians, estimate the necessary manpower and scheduling and assign the work to meet the completion date. Or as an individual researcher or specialist staff, you can be assisted in projects by other engineers and technicians. o
It implements the company's policies and procedures on safety and quality. Actively seeks compliance. o He is responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State and local Health, Safety and Environmental regulations, policies and procedures. o
It is responsible for the purchase or design of equipment that meets the health, safety and environmental standards set by the company. o Responsible for conducting design reviews and pre-validation evaluations to ensure the safety and ecological soundness of the start of a new process. o Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level o
Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable. o
For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable o
Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures o Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and nine or more years of related engineering experience o Master's degree in a relevant discipline and seven or more years of related engineering experience o
PhD in a relevant discipline and four or more years of related engineering experience. o
He has significant engineering experience at a complex level. o
Experience in the medical device industry is considered a plus. o
Knowledge in Six Sigma, preferably
