Job Description:

Conduct marketing activities execution to achieve the goals. Managing internal application process and own the department administrative operation.

Provides administrative support for events, scheduling, and communicating initial details on upcoming events and meetings and providing updates on event scope to management.

Coordinate cross‑functional tasks with clinical, regulatory, quality, supply chain, finance, marketing, and sales to keep projects on schedule.

Assists preparing product materials and tools required through the launching and commercial process.

Support the product manager in defining product requirements, value propositions, and use cases based on customer and clinical insights.

Track and analyze product performance metrics (sales, adoption, customer feedback) and prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Collects and summarizes politics release, competition and marketing intel by tracking market dynamics.

Work closely with marketing team and support product managers in other administrative work.

Qualifications:

Full-time bachelor's degree or above; candidates with marketing-related experience in the medical/healthcare/FMCG/luxury industry preferred

Fluent in Mandarin and English; able to work confidently with overseas colleagues

Strong learning ability, proactive and self-motivated

Excellent communication skills, structured thinking, and attention to detail

Team-player with good collaboration spirit.

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, cross-border, multi-projected environment and can work independently
