We are searching for the best talent for Collaborative Planning Supervisor in Mexico City.
Purpose:
This position will have a significant impact in DepuySynthes Supply Chain by owning the deployment and evolution of the Collaborative Planning strategy in Mexico. The purpose of this role is to guarantee that our strategy, methodology and best-practices are being implemented accurately by local distributors, driving high service and operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for:
In partnership with commercial team, implement a shared strategy for distributor management.
Work closely with local supply and demand planners to ensure strong process performance and high service levels to our clients.
Lead engagement with our key clients to identify barriers to strategy adoption
Develop and implement tools, processes, and solutions to address gaps and improve collaboration
Establish governance routines and cadences with distributors to ensure consistent execution.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Supply Chain, and other critical team members
Measure efficiency and advancement of strategy implementation.
Qualifications / Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in supply or demand planning positions in any industry.
Effective communication with different partners across company.
Leadership by influence
Analytical skills driven on data analysis
Experience developing or deploying new solutions/tools/processes.
High motivation to learn, innovate and transform our business.
Education & Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Microsoft 365 knowledge (Work, Power Point, Excel, Etc.).
Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate).
