1. Position: Regulatory Affairs Intern
2. Sector: Innovative Medicine
3. Location: Mongkok

4. Job Type: Intern

5. Working Period: 6 months(August 2026 - January 2027)

Purpose: This role will support Regulatory Affairs team in day-to-day activities related to registration, lifecycle management and regulatory compliance. It provides exposure to regulatory processes, regulatory requirements and cross-functional collaboration within the pharmaceutical company.

You will be responsible for:

  • Assist in preparation and compilation of regulatory submission documents
  • Assist in labeling review and document comparison
  • Assist in ad hoc projects (e.g. regulatory intelligence research, preparation of presentations, reports or internal materials)

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • University students in life sciences, biomedical science or related discipline.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
