This role ensures that key MedTech planning capabilities are implemented and that the broader planning ecosystem remains connected, efficient, and resilient.

You will design, develop, and deploy integration solutions across MT Transcend S/4 systems and multiple PLAN APS (Advanced Planning Systems), spanning global, regional, and market-level business units. This includes managing interdependencies with strategic programs such as APS implementations and SigniFi.

Success in this role requires deep understanding of planning systems integration with ERPs (SAP), strong end‑to‑end supply chain knowledge, and digital acumen. You will collaborate closely with Business leaders across MedTech Supply Chain and report to the MedTech Plan Integration Director within the J&J MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization.

Tasks & Responsibilities

The Transcend Plan Integration Analyst will:

  • Lead and execute multiple waves of integration between Transcend S/4 OTC and Planning Systems (APS), including design, build, testing, training, cutover, and go‑live activities.
  • Collaborate with key workstreams—including Business SMEs, Product Owners, JJT, OMP, S/4, PLAN BPO, and business stakeholders—to drive day‑to‑day operations and maintain effective cadences.
  • Ensure strong alignment with Business Units and central functions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and integrators, including planning, and resource management.
  • Provide effective stakeholder management through frequent updates on decisions, progress, risks, and key issues.
  • Lead the operational delivery of the program, including managing team performance, schedules, and cross‑functional execution.
  • Ensure all User Stories and KDDs in JIRA for Global Template processes are fully solutioned, tested, and successfully deployed.
  • Own the creation and maintenance of training materials, and deliver training across the planning community as part of business adoption.
  • Lead and coordinate project managers and indirect/external resources to deploy the program.
  • Build strong alignment and collaboration with partner functions, including J&J Technology, MT SC Digital, Commercial, Business Unit Supply Chain, and Integrated Business Management.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Planning functions.
  • Strong knowledge of MedTech supply chain and planning systems (e.g., OMP, APO, Blue Yonder, APO, Demantra). OMP experience is highly preferred.
  • FPX PL, PMP, or SME certification preferred.
  • APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Experience as part of Deployment team on global or local programs in distributed environments.

Required Skills

  • Ability to navigate and operate within complex, multi‑system environments.
  • Proven hands‑on project delivery experience, including timeline management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leaders, vendors, and partners.
  • Ability to persuade and influence in sensitive and complex situations.
  • Deep understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and functional interdependencies.
