We are searching for the best talent for a Quality Systems Administrator role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.

Purpose: The Quality Systems Administrator is responsible for owning, administering, and supporting HTC QMS electronic platforms, including Agile and Windchill. The role ensures system availability, compliant operation, effective user support, and proper implementation of system changes in alignment with approved quality processes and applicable regulatory expectations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Own and administer HTC QMS electronic platforms, including Agile, Windchill, and other applicable systems, ensuring availability, compliance, and fit-for-purpose performance.

  • Provide day-to-day system operations support, including user support, incident triage, troubleshooting, coordination with vendors or support centers, and timely communication to users and stakeholders.

  • Lead and support system configuration activities, including workflows, forms, fields, business rules, templates, and master data, ensuring alignment with approved QMS processes.

  • Execute and coordinate change control activities for enhancements and fixes, including requirements definition, risk assessment, impact analysis, testing, implementation planning, and post-change verification.

  • Partner with IT to support validation activities for software upgrades, patches, and releases impacting QMS electronic platforms, including protocol support, test execution support, evidence collection, and traceability.

  • Create and maintain system administration documentation, including work instructions, configuration specifications, user guides, and other required records.

  • Support user enablement through training, onboarding materials, and communication of system changes; provide guidance on proper system use to support data integrity.

  • Monitor system health and performance, track and trend issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance usability, compliance, and operational efficiency.

  • Support internal and external audits and inspections by providing system evidence, explaining system controls, and supporting remediation actions related to QMS electronic platforms.

  • Participate in and/or lead QMS platform improvement, upgrade, and integration projects in collaboration with process SMEs, IT, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • Support additional Quality Assurance department activities as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Practical engineering diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Experience working with or administering Agile, Windchill, PLM, QMS, or similar electronic quality systems is an advantage.

  • Experience supporting software validation activities, maintaining system documentation, conducting user training, monitoring system performance, and participating in audits is an advantage.

  • Experience working in a regulated medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environment is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of technical and quality system processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and objective evidence.

  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with visualization tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
