Objective:
The primary objective of this role is to accelerate procedural adoption and market growth by enhancing physicians’ capabilities through targeted, high-impact professional education programs tailored to market needs and aligned with marketing strategy. It ensures consistency in learning standards across all education initiatives while acting as a key interface between clinical education and commercial strategy to deliver consistent messaging, strong customer engagement, and measurable business impact. The role is also responsible for the seamless execution of professional education events at both local and regional levels, ultimately strengthening clinical knowledge, surgical proficiency, and identifying new market opportunities for education-driven growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategy & Marketing Alignment
- Design and execute integrated Professional Education programs aligned with overall marketing and business strategy
- Lead annual planning, segmentation, and prioritization for key specialties (budget, targets, tracking)
- Translate market needs and marketing strategy into impactful education initiatives that support product adoption
- Act as a strategic partner to marketing and business teams to align program content, faculty selection, and campaign objectives
2. Program Development & Execution
- Design and deliver high-impact Professional Education programs aligned with business priorities
- Manage end-to-end execution of events and programs (planning, logistics, faculty, and delivery excellence)
- Partner with KOLs and internal teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and relevant content
3. Customer Engagement & External Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, associations, and key stakeholders
- Represent the business at congresses, symposiums, and industry events to strengthen presence and insights
- Drive effective communication and engagement with Sales teams and key customers
4. Insights, Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify opportunities
- Track program performance and commercial impact using data-driven KPIs
- Translate feedback into continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
5. Operations, Compliance & Governance
- Ensure full compliance with HCC, legal, and internal policies across all activities
- Manage contracts, approvals, budgeting, and event operations (ARIBA, CVENT, etc.)
- Oversee registrations, logistics, and tracking systems to ensure execution excellence
6. Leadership & Collaboration
- Drive strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
- Share best practices and support coaching and development of team members
- Promote continuous learning, innovation, and communication excellence
REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in professional education, marketing, product management, or commercial roles within healthcare
- Experience in medical education, scientific engagement, or HCP-focused program delivery
- Solid understanding of healthcare environment, clinical pathways, and medical technologies
- Ability to translate customer and educational needs into structured learning solutions that support clinical practice and business objectives

- Strong planning, project management, and execution capabilities with attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret program outcomes and feedback for continuous improvement

- Advanced English and native Turkish proficiency
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (possessing a valid B driving license).
