主要职责
(一)政策研究与策略制定1. 建立区域政策监测体系,跟踪解读省市级卫健委、医保局相关政策,形成分析报告并预判影响。
2. 结合公司产品制定区域准入策略,应对市场竞争与集采压力,平衡合规与市场份额。
3. 参与全国准入策略制定,提供区域洞察,推动资源共享。
(二)政府关系与公共事务1. 维护区域核心政府部门沟通渠道,开展常态化政策对接。
2. 统筹行业协会、专家资源,提升公司地方行业影响力。
3. 处理政策合规突发事件,协调解决准入障碍,推动政策环境优化。
4. 参与地方医疗设备相关政策制定,传递企业合理诉求。
(三)内部协同与能力建设1. 协同区域销售、市场团队,提供政策培训与准入支持。
2. 建立信息共享机制,向总部反馈区域政策与市场动态。
3. 跟踪竞品准入动态,开展竞争分析,支撑产品策略制定。
