Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.

The Leader will be a part of the Innovative Medicine (IM) Transcend Global Change, Business Engagement and Adoption team and will play a pivotal role aimed at transforming our Supply Chain digital capabilities. Will guide the team in designing and implementing learning strategies that align with our business goals. Through the harmonization of disparate ERP systems and standardizing core processes, we will ensure that our workforce is equipped with the knowledge and skills vital for success constantly evolving landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy Development, Design and Delivery:
Develop, continuously improve and implement learning strategies, roadmap and plans that supports Transcend’s global needs across varying releases, personas and throughout Operate State.
Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and other key program team members to assess learning needs, identify gaps, and prioritize initiatives to align to overall strategic direction.
Lead the design and delivery of innovative and engaging learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, digital adoption platforms (such as WalkMe), microlearning and blended learning approaches.
Be responsible for the development and maintenance of learning content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with best practices and industry standards.
Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, track progress, and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with external vendors, consultants, and subject matter authorities as needed to supplement internal capabilities and deliver high-quality learning solutions.
Develop and maintain a role-based competency framework that defines the knowledge and skills required for success in various roles within the organization that can be implemented and measured.
Learning Culture and Engagement:
Leverage insights from evaluation efforts to make data-driven decisions and refine learning strategies groups.
Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and standard methodologies in learning and development, incorporating innovative ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of learning initiatives.
People Leadership and Coaching:
Provide coaching and performance management of learning professionals, including trainers, instructional designers, and learning coordinators, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor’s / University or equivalent degree is strongly preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Proven experience in learning and development (including adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies), with a successful track record of program implementation
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage partners at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and apply strategic problem-solving skills, aligning learning initiatives with business objectives
Strong technical/system training experience (SAP or other major ERP implementations preferred)
Preferred:
Familiarity with Supply Chain functions (e.g., Plan, Source, Make, and/or Deliver)
Experience with validated systems and quality/compliance requirements (e.g., CAPA, etc.)
Experience with digital adoption capabilities (e.g., WalkMe)
Other:
May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel, depending on work location and business needs
Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
