Job Summary

The Manager, End-to-End Performance Management & Supply Chain Reliability leads the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise performance management and supply chain reliability across Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.

This role is responsible for driving standardized business processes, operational insights, digital capabilities, and cross-functional governance that enable informed decision making and improved supply chain performance. The position partners closely with Supply Chain functions, Value Chain Leaders, Digital Product teams, and senior leadership to strengthen operational performance, proactively manage supply risk, and accelerate continuous improvement across the end-to-end value chain.

The role also serves as the Business Process Owner and Business Product Owner for the enterprise End-to-End Cycle Time capability, leading its strategy, governance, digital roadmap, and adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Performance Management

  • Lead the global One Performance Management (OPM) framework across Innovative Medicine Supply Chain.

  • Own governance, standards, and continuous improvement of end-to-end performance management processes.

  • Drive adoption of standardized performance reviews across Functions, Platforms, Value Chains, and Sites.

  • Ensure performance measures align with strategic objectives and enable proactive business decisions.

  • Partner with senior leadership to improve operational transparency and accountability.

Supply Chain Reliability

  • Lead enterprise Supply Chain Reliability processes to improve visibility to operational risks and strengthen supply reliability.

  • Facilitate cross-functional governance for significant supply issues, emerging risks, and reliability improvement initiatives.

  • Develop leading indicators, risk monitoring capabilities, and standardized escalation processes that enable proactive issue management.

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying systemic trends, capturing lessons learned, and promoting best practices across the organization.

Cycle Time Business Process & Product Ownership

  • Serve as the Business Process Owner and Business Product Owner for the End-to-End Cycle Time program.

  • Define the strategy, governance, and roadmap for Cycle Time capabilities while driving standardization of processes, metrics, and reporting.

  • Partner with Digital Product, Data & Analytics, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and deliver scalable digital solutions.

  • Promote adoption of Cycle Time as a core operational performance metric through governance, training, and cross-functional engagement.

Digital Product & Business Transformation

  • Partner with Digital Product teams to define business requirements and prioritize enhancements that improve user experience and business value.

  • Lead business process standardization and digital transformation initiatives that simplify work and improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Champion adoption of digital tools, automation, and analytics that enable scalable performance management and operational excellence.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build strong partnerships across Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Deliver, External Manufacturing, and Value Chain organizations.

  • Lead cross-functional workshops, governance forums, and strategic initiatives to align priorities and drive execution.

  • Influence stakeholders across global organizations to deliver sustainable business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience and Skills:

  • Required:

    • 6-10 years of experience in supply chain, performance management, analytics, or a related role within pharmaceutical or regulated industries.

    • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing global organizations.

    • Experience in performance management, business process ownership, digital product management, analytics, or operational excellence.

    • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and enterprise performance management.

    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

  • Preferred:

    • Experience supporting digital transformation or performance management initiatives.

    • Familiarity with IMSC models, enterprise supply chain metrics, or reliability frameworks.

    • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments.

  • This position may require up to 15% travel.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
