We are searching for the best talent for a R&D Insights Associate Manager role, to join our team located in Yokneam, Israel.
Purpose: The R&D Insights (Voice of Customer) Associate Manager will lead and coordinate Voice of Customer activities that bring structured feedback from physicians, clinical experts, and field teams into R&D decision-making. The role supports the annual R&D Insights plan, manages expert engagements and related operations, and ensures that customer input is captured, summarized, and translated into actionable insights for product development teams.
This is a cross-functional role combining project management, event coordination, clinical understanding, and stakeholder communication. The Associate Manager will work with R&D teams, local and global partners, Clinical, Commercial, Legal, Healthcare Compliance, and external physician experts to ensure professional, compliant, and effective VoC activities.
You will be responsible for:
Support the annual R&D Insights plan: Coordinate planned Voice of Customer activities with R&D leaders, clinical stakeholders, and business partners to address defined learning needs and support product development priorities.
Plan and execute expert engagements: Manage end-to-end preparation and execution of physician feedback sessions, advisory activities, and related events, including objectives, agendas, logistics, materials, and follow-up.
Coordinate operational and administrative processes: Handle contracts, approvals, documentation, and post-event payment processes for physician engagements, in partnership with Legal, HCC, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally across local and global teams: Coordinate with R&D, Clinical, Commercial, regional teams, and global functions to ensure alignment, timely delivery of inputs, and smooth execution of VoC activities.
Capture and communicate insights: Summarize feedback from events and expert interactions, identify key themes and implications, and share clear updates with R&D leaders and project teams.
Support clinical and product understanding: Build sufficient understanding of the company’s products, clinical environment, and customer needs to engage effectively with physicians and translate feedback into relevant R&D context.
Drive follow-through and continuous improvement: Track action items, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities to strengthen future events, processes, tools, and stakeholder experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, Clinical, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Relevant experience in MedTech, R&D, clinical, product development, customer engagement, project management, or a related environment.
Experience working with healthcare professionals, KOLs, advisory boards, customer visits, or Voice of Customer programs is an advantage.
Strong project management, coordination, ownership, and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in parallel.
Excellent English and Hebrew communication skills is required, with the ability to build effective relationships and interact professionally with physicians, clinical experts, R&D teams, and senior stakeholders in a cross-functional/global environment.
