We are searching for the best talent for Training Coordinator II Fixed Term 12 Months to be in Juarez City.
SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY
Identifies and assigns training curricula in LMS according to position and training requirements. Coordinates training evaluation/effectiveness and reports results to applicable personnel. Manages training orientation module for new hire associates. Is responsible to maintain the current Training electronic system and training records. Could be required for supervising or work directly along with other organization employees. Reports to Training Specialist/Leader or to the department assigned Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- · Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation training.
- · Manage and administrate the LMS.
- · Manage and update Training Curricula, Records and Metrics.
- · Coordinates and/or conducts regulative and operational trainings.
- · Monitor Contractors Training compliance.
- · Responsible of maintaining all of the Mexican agencies/entities requirements for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- · Provide support during audits/inspections.
- · Coordinate and maintain Training area resources (equipment/material).
- · Reconcile department expenses and generate purchase orders when necessary.
- · Coordinate projects or activities executed by Training Coordinators II and Sr., as well as Trainers. (Orientation Program, ME2, Operators Certification, Cross Training, TWI [Training Within Industry], internal and external audits).
- · Organization expert in Curricula administration process and Training Records.
- · Expert in the LMS. Serve as Principal Trainer in the Training Electronic System to all organization functions.
- · Certified Trainer to provide trainings in their specialty areas.
- · Guide the organization in the Functional Training Curricula preparation in operations for the New Products area or production lines.
- · Lead the rest of coordinators in the preparation of Trainings information for Legal Mexican external agencies/entities.
- · Provide Support as an expert in the LMS, Training Curricula Management and records during audits and inspections.
- · Preparation of Training reports for the Metrics report system.
- · Can create procedures and/or collaborate in relation to the Training processes (Training Curricula management, Training Records, TWI [Training Within Industry], Archive, Regulatory External Agencies, Operators Certification, Audit Processes, etc.).
- · Evaluate Plant requirements and realize tasks analysis as support to the Training Programs Development, technical areas, systems, etc.
- · Work along with Plant departments for the development of a Training Program that covers the compliance requisites of every position.
- · Representant in the Training Department in Company Programs and can serve as representant for internal and external auditors.
- · Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- · Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
- · For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
- · Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
- · Performs other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Technical Education or Equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in Training (preferent).
- Experience working with FDA and/or European Regulatory environment (preferred).
- Ability to read/write/speak basic to intermediate English.
- Mexican Labor Law Basic Knowledge (preferred)
- GMPs/ISO Basic Knowledge.
- Training Planning knowledge.
- Presentation abilities.
- Computer systems management.
