Job Description:

Job Title: GDCL International Hubs Director

Location: Flexible - EMEA

Reports To: VP International Supply Chain

Position Summary:

The Director of International Hubs is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational performance of key international distribution hub operations across oUS. This role will oversee the Selzach, the future European Distribution Centre operated through a third-party logistics provider (3PL), and any future regional Hubs supporting the international business. The position is accountable for delivering exceptional service, quality, safety, compliance, and cost performance while ensuring standardised distribution centre practices are consistently implemented across all hubs.

Working closely with Network Strategy, Regional Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, and Logistics partners, the Director will drive operational excellence, support network transformation initiatives, and ensure hub capabilities evolve to meet future business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational and strategic performance of Selzach, future European DC through the 3PL partner, and future regional Hubs.

• Ensure consistent achievement of service, quality, safety, compliance, and financial performance targets across all hub operations.

• Establish and maintain robust governance processes, performance management frameworks, and operational reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

• Drive the adoption and sustainability of standardized distribution centre processes, operating procedures, and best practices across all DC locations.

• Partner closely with external logistics providers to ensure contractual obligations, operational performance expectations, and continuous improvement commitments are achieved.

• Own hub operating budgets and cost management plans, ensuring delivery against productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction targets.

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize distribution network performance, inventory flow, capacity utilization, and customer service outcomes.

• Collaborate with the Network Strategy team to support network design initiatives, hub transitions, future-state operating models, and long-term distribution strategies.

• Lead risk management and business continuity planning activities to ensure resilient and compliant operations.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards, and EHS expectations.

• Champion a culture of safety, operational excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement across all hub operations.

• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Customer Service, Transportation, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.

• Provide strategic leadership to geographically dispersed teams, developing leadership capability, aligning performance across locations and fostering an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Significant leadership experience within international distribution, logistics, supply chain, or operations environments.

Extensive DC leadership experience to include people leadership and driving change management change management

• Proven experience managing complex distribution centre operations and third-party logistics providers.

• Demonstrated success leading multi-site operations across international markets.

• Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and cost improvement initiatives.

• Experience driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement programs.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across global and regional organizations.

• Knowledge of quality, compliance, regulatory, and EHS requirements within distribution and logistics operations.

• Experience supporting network transformation, facility transitions, or supply chain redesign initiatives preferred.
