Purpose:
The DELIVER organization at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is committed to delivering outstanding customer experience by leading critical functions such as warehouse, distribution, transportation and customer service, across a diverse and expansive network.
We are looking for a highly skilled Regional PMO Coordinator to join our Strategic Office department, a team dedicated to building future-ready capabilities in Warehouse and Transportation operations across LATAM.
In this role, you will be at the heart of transformation, acting as a key orchestrator of strategic initiatives, ensuring strong execution discipline, and driving alignment across countries and functions. You will bridge strategy and execution, enabling the organization to deliver sustainable value at scale.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day PMO management of the Distribution & Transportation strategic roadmap, ensuring initiatives are executed according to scope, objectives, timelines, and expected business outcomes.
- Coordinating a portfolio of strategic projects across Distribution, Transportation, Digital Capabilities, Operational Excellence, and Process Transformation.
- Establishing and maintaining robust governance structures, including executive steering committees, operational reviews, and portfolio management routines.
- Monitoring roadmap progress, key milestones, risks, dependencies, and decision points while providing timely visibility to leadership teams.
- Driving portfolio reporting through dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, financial tracking, and benefits realization mechanisms.
- Facilitating alignment among regional and country stakeholders, ensuring consistency of execution while respecting local business requirements.
- Supporting strategic planning cycles, annual roadmap reviews, prioritization exercises, and resource allocation discussions.
- Leading risk identification, mitigation planning, and escalation management across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinating change management activities to drive stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustainability of implemented capabilities.
- Developing and maintaining program documentation, governance records, project charters, communication plans, and executive presentations.
- Partnering with operational, digital, finance, procurement, quality, engineering, customer service, and supply chain teams to accelerate transformation outcomes.
- Supporting senior leadership communications and preparing executive-level updates for regional and global stakeholders.
- undefinedRequired Skills & Experience:EducationBachelor's degree required.Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.PMP, PMO, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications are considered a plus.Experience and Skills RequiredMinimum 4-6 years of experience in project management, PMO, strategy execution, supply chain, operations, or business transformation roles.Strong project and portfolio management capabilities, including governance, planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and reporting.Experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-country initiatives.Strong analytical skills with ability to transform data into actionable business insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling and reporting.Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and build strong collaborative relationships.Experience with project management tools, dashboards, and portfolio reporting systems.Advanced Microsoft Office skillsEnglish and Spanish proficiency is a requirementExperience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Consumer industries is preferred.Availability for occasional travel (up to 25%) across LATAM locations to support strategic program
