Purpose: The MedTech EP + Neuro Supply Chain Plan Lead supports a strategic supply chain transformation initiative focused on the implementation of a new distribution hub and the expansion of a multi-node distribution network. This role serves as a key planning resource responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing inventory, replenishment, and distribution planning processes that enable a seamless transition to the future-state supply network. This role partners with Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, IT, and Distribution Operations teams to assess business impacts, develop inventory and replenishment strategies, and support implementation activities associated with network expansion. This role provides leadership to evaluate planning scenarios, identify supply chain risks, and support deployment of Multi-Node Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), inventory deployment, and replenishment processes to ensure supply continuity and customer service performance throughout the transformation

You will:

Distribution Network Transformation & Hub Implementation

  • Support the implementation of a new distribution hub and associated supply network transformation initiatives.
  • Assess business impacts of network changes on inventory deployment, replenishment strategies, customer service levels, and supply continuity.
  • Evaluate current-state and future-state distribution network models and support the development of inventory strategies required to enable successful hub implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define planning requirements, inventory policies, replenishment processes, and operational readiness activities.
  • Support implementation planning, cutover preparation, inventory transition activities, and post-launch stabilization efforts.
  • Identify transformation risks, supply disruptions, and inventory challenges associated with network changes and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Develop scenario analyses and recommendations to support key project decisions throughout planning, testing, and deployment phases.

Multi-Node Distribution & Inventory Planning

  • Design and support Multi-Node Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes across distribution centers, regional hubs, and stocking locations.
  • Analyze inventory levels, safety stock requirements, deployment strategies, and replenishment parameters required to support the future-state network.
  • Support inventory positioning and deployment decisions to ensure optimal product availability while balancing inventory investment.
  • Evaluate inventory transfer, redeployment, and balancing opportunities across network nodes during implementation and stabilization.
  • Assess supply constraints and support inventory allocation decisions to minimize customer impacts during transition activities.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Materials Management, Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain, planning, inventory management, or related functions required.
  • Medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer products, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience in inventory management, supply planning, demand planning, S&OP, order management, MRP, or financial planning processes preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and interdependencies preferred
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word required.
  • Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Infinity, and ERP/planning systems such as SAP, Blue Yonder, JDE, and Anaplan preferred.

Other:

  • Up to 25% domestic travel required.
  • Position follows the Johnson & Johnson Flex Hybrid attendance policy.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).


Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
