Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management (Biosurgery | Aesthetics & Reconstruction)

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Strategic Capacity Management (SCM)

supporting the Surgery franchise as well as additional businesses that will deploy SCM in future. This role can be based in a Johnson & Johnson MedTech location in the United States or Europe.

The Strategic Capacity Management team is part of the Integrated Business Management team within J&J MedTech's Global Supply Chain, and it provides service to Biosurgery and A&R leadership to develop long-range capacity strategies, identify future supply constraints, and support growth, profitability, and investment decisions through advanced modeling and analytics.

The Senior Analyst will lead development and maintenance of digital capacity models that provide an end-to-end view of the supply chain, from raw material manufacturing through finished goods production, working in close partnership with Value Stream Leaders and Business Excellence. The role supports long-range planning processes including Long-Range-Portfolio-Planning (LRPP) and the Long-Range Financial Plan (LRFP) and delivers insights through OMP, and scenario analysis through other advanced digital solutions. The position will support established Biosurgery programs, including ORC/Surgical, and emerging growth platforms such as Ethizia and others in future, as well as the A&R portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance Biosurgery Strategic Capacity Management models to support long-range planning and decision-making.

  • Develop end-to-end supply chain models that incorporate manufacturing and distribution networks, capacity constraints, production routing, bill of materials, inventory policies, and future investment plans.

  • Perform scenario analysis to evaluate capacity expansion, process improvement, sourcing changes, network re-design, and demand uncertainty.

  • Support annual LRPP and LRFP planning cycles by evaluating capacity requirements and supply risks over a 2-10 year horizon.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing sites, Business Excellence, Planning, Source, Deliver, Engineering, Finance, Product Management, and Value Stream leadership to maintain model accuracy and alignment.

  • Translate complex modeling outputs into executive-ready recommendations for capacity, revenue-at-risk, service, and profitability decisions.

  • Support deployment and maturation of Strategic Capacity Management processes within Biosurgery, including expansion of SCM capabilities into new product platforms.

  • Develop dashboards and analytical tools that improve visibility to capacity constraints, mitigation plans, and planning assumptions.

  • Drive continuous improvement through process adherence, governance, documentation, and standardization efforts.

  • Partner with digital and IT teams to enhance SCM capabilities through OMP, Power BI, and related planning technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related STEM discipline.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, manufacturing, operations, analytics, simulation modeling, or strategic planning.

  • Experience with capacity planning, supply chain analytics, operations modeling, or manufacturing systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into business recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Analytics, or Business.

  • Experience with OMP, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, Simio, AnyLogic, or similar tools.

  • Experience supporting long-range planning, strategic planning, or capacity management processes.

  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams.

  • APICS/ASCM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred.

  • Up to 15% travel may be required.

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00
