Co-op opportunities
Slightly longer and more intensive than internships at J&J, Co-ops are opportunities to immerse yourself in your area of interest, enhance your skill set and gain in-depth insights through full-time work experience. Co-Ops and similar programs for students are typically six-to-12 months in duration, but that might vary by location. You'll find all of the details in the job description.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for motivated candidates at all levels who are passionate about bringing innovative ideas, products and services to life and advancing the health and well-being of people around the globe. We want to make a positive impact on the lives of people everywhere—and we need your help to do it. That’s why, to be eligible, you must:
- Be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above, depending on the co-op
- Have a record of strong academic performance; GPA requirements may vary between roles and locations
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as leadership qualities
- Have the ability to handle multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
