We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Raritan, NJ.

Summary:

The Senior Business Analyst will support our data analysis efforts, contribute to dashboard development, and assist in building data solutions and applications. This role is ideal for an analyst who is eager to grow their skills in manufacturing systems, data visualization, and analytics while helping transform data into meaningful insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and data visualizations to enable timely, data‑driven decision‑making.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, understand key metrics and voice‑of‑the‑customer insights, and translate them into analytical outputs and digital solutions.

  • Assist in building and maintaining data models, datasets, and pipelines supporting manufacturing processes.

  • Help integrate data from multiple sources, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain systems.

  • Participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new data tools, dashboards, and applications.

  • Perform data validation and quality checks to help ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.

  • Document dashboards, data sources, and analytical processes to support team knowledge sharing.

  • Learn and apply industry best practices, new technologies, and standard analytics methodologies under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required, Advanced degree is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in data analysis.

  • Strong expertise in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI

  • Knowledge with SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis. Experience in developing and leading custom applications and solutions, preferably using Power Apps, Tableau Apps, or Custom Web Apps.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is a plus

  • Knowledge of API integrations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and data warehousing.

Other:

  • May require up to 10% domestic and international travel

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79,000.00 - $127,650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
• Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
• Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
• Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
