Role Summary:
The Manager, MTSC Deliver North America Portfolio is responsible for supporting the governance, execution tracking, and integration of the Deliver NA portfolio of strategic initiatives and operational priorities. This role ensures visibility, alignment, and disciplined execution across Deliver NA by connecting projects, operations, and leadership priorities into a coherent portfolio view. The position acts as a central coordination point across Deliver functions (Operations, Partner Management, S&OE, Planning interfaces, Finance, and Transformation), enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions, prioritize resources, and manage delivery risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Governance & Execution Tracking
Support the governance of the Deliver NA portfolio, including project tracking, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Maintain a centralized portfolio view of all Deliver NA initiatives (strategic projects, productivity programs, operational improvements)
Ensure consistent execution routines, reporting cadence, and governance forums
Track and escalate delivery risks, delays, and interdependencies
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as a coordination point across:
Deliver Operations (DCs, Transportation)
Partner Operations / Procurement
Finance & Performance
Planning / S&OE
Transformation teams
Ensure initiatives are aligned with regional priorities and operational realities
Drive alignment between strategy and execution
Portfolio Performance & Reporting
Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards and executive reporting
Provide leadership with visibility into:
Portfolio health
Value delivery (cost, service, productivity)
Risks and trade-offs
Support preparation of LT materials and decision decks
Prioritization & Value Tracking
Support prioritization of initiatives based on:
Business impact (service, cost, inventory)
Feasibility and resource constraints
Track value realization vs. business cases
Ensure alignment with Deliver NA strategic priorities and transformation roadmap
Governance Forums & Stakeholder Engagement
Prepare and coordinate portfolio governance meetings
Ensure clear decision-making frameworks and escalation paths
Support senior leadership alignment across Deliver NA
Continuous Improvement & Standardization
Help standardize portfolio management processes across Deliver NA
Identify opportunities to improve:
Governance efficiency
Reporting simplification
Execution discipline
Support adoption of common tools, templates, and best practices
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business preferred)
5–8 years of experience in:
Supply Chain / Deliver / Logistics
PMO / Portfolio Management / Strategy execution
Strong skills in:
Data analysis and reporting
Stakeholder management
Project management tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc.)
Ability to operate in a matrix, cross-functional environment

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
