We are searching for the best talent for Surgery Marketing Analyst to be in Chile.

Purpose:

In this role, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives for the Surgery South MedTech business, contributing to operational excellence, customer engagement, and the effective implementation of commercial plans across Chile and the sub-region.

As a Marketing Analyst / Experienced Assistant, you will play a key role in coordinating activities, supporting data tracking and analysis, and ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives. This position is designed for a professional looking to build strong marketing and business acumen, while working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and highly regulated environment.

Success in this role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence in execution.

You will be responsible for:

  • Marketing Operations & Execution: Support the execution of marketing plans, ensuring timely coordination of activities and deliverables across Chile and the sub-region. Assist in the development and deployment of marketing materials (presentations, promotional assets, event logistics). Support internal approval processes in alignment with compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Data Tracking & Basic Analysis: Collect, consolidate, and maintain commercial data (sales tracking, demand, KPIs). Update dashboards, reports, and trackers used by the marketing team. Provide basic analysis to support performance monitoring and decision-making.

  • Coordination & Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups for marketing activities. Track timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with execution plans. Provide administrative support (budget follow-up, purchase orders, vendor coordination).

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and other stakeholders to enable smooth execution of initiatives. Support communication and coordination across local and sub-regional teams. Interact with external vendors (agencies, event providers) for operational execution.

  • Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure all activities and materials comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Maintain proper documentation and support audit readiness when required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in marketing, administration, analytics, or related areas. Internship or early corporate experience is a plus. Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries is desirable but not required.

  • Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and data organization skills. Familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems is a plus.

  • Language: Spanish (native). Intermediate English (preferred).
