We are searching for the best talent for Senior Tendering Analyst.
Purpose:
The Senior Tendering Analyst is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end tendering process across assigned markets, ensuring highly accurate, compliant, and competitive submissions that support business growth and risk mitigation.
This role acts as a key analytical expert, driving data accuracy, pricing excellence, and tender performance insights, while coordinating closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, and Legal stakeholders.
The Senior Tendering Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity (pricing, COO, SL, regulatory inputs), submission quality, and decision-making support through advanced analytics, contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence in tender management.
You will be responsible for:
Tender Management
Support the full tender lifecycle (pre-tender, quotation, submission, award, post-award) for assigned scope
Ensure timely, complete, and error-free submissions, with strong focus on accuracy and compliance
Review tender requirements and evaluation criteria to ensure full alignment and completeness
Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure data readiness and submission quality (COO, SL, regulatory, pricing, documentation)
Act as a key point of contact for tender-related communications and clarifications
Analytical Excellence & Pricing
Perform advanced pricing analysis, simulations, and benchmarking to support competitive strategies
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all pricing data and tender inputs
Analyze pricing trends, profitability drivers, and tender outcomes to provide actionable insights
Support business stakeholders with fact-based recommendations to optimize win rate and profitability
Contribute to development of advanced dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting capabilities
Compliance & Risk Management
Review tender documentation (commercial & legal) to identify and mitigate risks
Ensure strict adherence to compliance standards, SOPs, and SOX controls
and correctness of all submission components prior to submission
Escalate risks proactively and propose mitigation actions
Data Management & Accuracy Control (Critical Focus)
Ensure high-quality data management across all tender inputs (pricing, product data, regulatory information)
Drive data validation, reconciliation, and consistency checks across systems and stakeholders
Identify data gaps and proactively follow up with relevant teams (Planning, Regulatory, Trade Compliance)
Maintain and improve tender databases, trackers, and reporting tools
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure alignment
Ensure clear and structured communication across stakeholders
Support pre- and post-tender discussions with insights and analysis
Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Track tender performance (win/loss, pricing, KPIs) and provide regular reporting
Lead or support post-tender debriefs and lessons learned analysis
Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Contribute to enhancing tender tools, automation, and process standardization
Coaching & Best Practice Sharing
Support onboarding and coaching of junior analysts
Promote best practices in accuracy, compliance, and analytical rigor
Contribute to building a high-performance, data-driven tendering culture

Qualifications / Requirements:
University / Bachelors Degree
Min 3-5 years related experience ideally in managing tenders in the region.
Strong experience in Gulf / KSA tender environment (NUPCO, GHC preferred)
Advances Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools
·SAP, PowerBi and Tender platforms knowledge is a plus
