We are seeking a Junior Product & Project Manager to drive execution and performance across indirect markets operating through third-party partners. This role ensures alignment with strategic priorities, operational excellence, and full compliance with Johnson & Johnson standards.
This position requires a strong structured mindset combined with flexibility and holistic business acumen, enabling effective navigation across commercial, operational, and compliance dimensions.
Additionally, the role plays a regional coordination and PMO function, acting as a key integrator across markets and therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities
Third-Party Operations Management
Act as the primary point of contact between Johnson & Johnson and third-party partners
Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, including scope, SLAs, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (Legal, HCC, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial)
Monitor operational, commercial, and financial execution
Regional Coordination (Ecuador)
Act as single point of contact across Product Managers from all therapeutic areas in Ecuador
Ensure alignment, visibility, and coordination of cross-portfolio priorities
Consolidate insights, risks, and performance across therapeutic areas to support decision-making
Facilitate communication between local, regional, and partner stakeholders
Ethics & Compliance
Ensure all activities follow Johnson & Johnson Credo and Ethics & Compliance policies
Oversee compliant execution of HCP engagement, promotional activities, contracting, and payments
Identify risks and support mitigation plans
Support audits and governance processes
Business Performance & Insights
Define and track operational and commercial KPIs
Analyze performance vs targets and recommend corrective actions
Deliver insights and reports to support decision-making
Strategy Execution & Project Management (PMO)
Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans for third-party partners
Act as PMO for key initiatives and product launches in Colombia and Peru, ensuring alignment of timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders
Provide structured visibility on execution progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Ensure consistency and excellence in execution across markets
Private Market Strategy Execution
Track execution of private market initiatives
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of planned activities
Identify gaps and propose solutions to ensure successful outcomes
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related field
MBA or postgraduate studies preferred
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, Operations, or Project Management
Experience within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical devices industry required
Experience working with third-party partners or indirect business models preferred
Exposure to regulated and compliance-driven environments is an advantage
English proficiency required
