About the Role
The Product Director will work for TREMFYA in Gastroenterology across Crohn’s disease & Ulcerative colitis, reporting into the Group Product Director. The focus of the Product Director’s responsibilities will be on Professional Promotion – a critical marketing position on the team to shape the future strategy to maximize competitive differentiation and develop respective core assets for the field teams on this critical launch brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Group Product Director to identify new growth opportunities to maximize competitive differentiation within the IBD landscape, including mining of new medical data, voice of customers, market research and other sources.
Lead the development of core asset updates for the field teams, including the Interactive Visual Aids (ICVAs) and websites.
Closely partner with cross-functional partners, including CAC, Medical Affairs and Strategic Insights & Analytics, as well as agency partners to develop assets – from initiation to approval.
Closely partner with the Learning Excellence team to develop and deliver field learning plans and executions to ensure field readiness for new data & asset rollouts.

Qualifications
Education:
You should have a B.A. or a B.S. degree and an MBA is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
A minimum of 5 years relevant business experience is required, of which a minimum of 3 years of successful and progressive experience in Marketing and/or Sales, or related fields is helpful.
Your ability to be creative, action and outcome oriented, and strong analytically, with excellent overall business insight, is fundamental.
You will need to demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a heightened ability to collaborate and work across the marketing and cross-functional teams and with external agency partners to be successful.
Previous Immunology marketing or sales experience with an infusion biologic as well as a subcutaneous injected biologic would be helpful.
Other:
A deep understanding of the English language will ensure we effectively communicate our value proposition.
This position may require you to travel up to 30% domestically.
