The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute professional marketing strategies for RYBREVANT & LAZCLUZE. The Product Manager will be responsible for executing U.S. HCP Professional Personal Promotion initiatives by delivering high-quality, compliant marketing assets and enabling field teams with effective tools and resources. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, and agency partners to drive seamless execution of brand priorities and support HCP engagement.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
Help lead content development and deployment of field-facing materials, including iCVA.
Align and engage with the salesforce to drive appropriate use of materials and gather useful insights.
Partner cross-functionally to develop and deploy sales enablement tools, such as Veeva Triggers, AIDA, Intelligent Orchestration.
Partner with Sales Learning and Development to ensure specialists are knowledgeable on the product and disease state.
Drive timelines and ensure on-time delivery of marketing initiatives.
Gather and incorporate field feedback to continuously improve tools and resources
Support collection of insights from market research, analytics, and field teams to inform ongoing execution
Qualifications:
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
Experience with project management
Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
Preferred:
Experience in field sales
