Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to support data-driven decision-making within our organization. The intern will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, preparing insightful reports, and creating impactful presentations for stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, comfortable working with large volumes of data, and proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources
- Support the preparation of regular and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI
- Translate data insights into clear and structured presentations
- Assist in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, IT, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and process large volumes of data efficiently
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance data analysis and productivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with databases and querying tools (e.g., SQL)
- Exposure to ERP systems or financial systems
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
