The Director, Change Management, Learning and Culture will lead the global change strategy, capability-building agenda, and Quality culture priorities for Innovative Medicine Quality & Compliance. This leader will drive transformation adoption, organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and sustained engagement across global teams. The role partners closely with senior leaders, regional teams, Communications, HR, and business partners to embed the Quality Mindset, strengthen employee experience, and enable consistent execution of strategic priorities. This role will report into the VP, Innovative Medicine Quality & Compliance, Quality Management and Digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global change management strategy and execution for Quality Management and Digital, including planning, readiness, stakeholder alignment, sponsorship, and sustainment.
- Develop and deploy change tools, leader resources, education, and communication approaches that support successful adoption of strategic programs.
- Own and advance the Quality Culture program, including behaviors, mechanisms, campaigns, and metrics that reinforce the IM Quality Mindset.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen employee experience, engagement, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build and execute enterprise-level Quality capability strategies aligned to long-term IM Quality & Compliance priorities.
- Represent IM Quality Systems in enterprise transformation, culture, engagement, and capability forums.
- Lead special projects that advance IM Quality strategy, organizational effectiveness, culture evolution, and leadership decision-making.
- Provide insights, dashboards, decision materials, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in change management, communications, program management, organizational effectiveness, transformation leadership, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading large-scale change, culture, capability-building, or transformation initiatives in a complex global organization.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, organizational development principles, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, coaching, communication, presentation, and execution skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a matrixed environment.
- People management experience leading global teams is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred, such as an MBA, Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
- Change management certification preferred, such as PROSCI or ACMP.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medical technology, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Experience shaping culture, engagement, leadership effectiveness, and continuous improvement at enterprise scale is preferred.
Additional Information
- Estimated travel: up to 10%, including domestic and international travel.
- People leadership: role is expected to lead global teams and manage direct reports.

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
