Job Description:

Role Summary

The Digital AI & Data Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving the transformation of data, AI, and digital governance across the Surgery Business.

This role is accountable for building and leading a high-performing team, positioning Data and AI as core pillars of the digital ecosystem. It enables the realization of an integrated, intelligent digital ecosystem that connects and orchestrates all digital products.

The role is responsible for the establishment of robust data governance frameworks and the development of a high-quality Surgery data hub, while defining the AI product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact use cases, and ensuring the effective and timely delivery of AI solutions to drive scalable, data-driven commercial growth.

In parallel, this position serves as the Digital PMO and digital governance orchestrator, coordinating strong internal and external alignment to ensure prioritization, coordination, and execution of digital initiatives in line with business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Team Development

  • Define the vision, structure, and development roadmap of the Digital AI & Data team
  • Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team with strong capabilities in data, AI, and digital innovation
  • Foster a culture of agility, ownership, and continuous capability building
  • Act as the PMO of digital team to ensure the smooth implementation of digital governance

2. Data Governance & Data Hub Development

  • Establish and drive Surgery data governance framework, including data standards, ownership, quality control, and compliance
  • Build and continuously enhance integrated data ecosystem and databases, enabling digital product and ecosystem realize for more business impact
  • Collaborate with commercial and IT to ensure data consistency, quality, and scalability
  • Promote data-driven decision making by improving data visibility and usability across functions

3. AI Product Strategy & Roadmap Development

  • Define and own the AI product roadmap aligned with business priorities and commercial scenarios
  • Identify high-impact use cases (e.g., customer engagement, sales enablement, personalization) and translate them into scalable AI solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to capture needs, define requirements, and prioritize AI initiatives
  • Ensure successful implementation of AI products that deliver measurable business impact

4. Digital Governance & PMO Management

  • Act as the Digital PMO to orchestrate cross-functional digital initiatives across internal digital teams and key stakeholders, including marketing, sales, IT, and external partners
  • Establish and manage governance models, operating processes, and prioritization frameworks to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Support the management of cross-team alignment and timelines to enable effective execution and continuous improvement

5. Business Enablement & Value Realization

  • Translate digital, data, and AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes
  • Support commercial teams with actionable insights, tools, and solutions to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Track and evaluate digital and AI initiatives through KPIs and continuous optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/MedTech industries, with proven success in digital transformation, data, AI products.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading data governance, digital transformation, AI-driven initiatives/product with strong ownership of end-to-end outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of data ecosystem, analytics, and AI application in commercial environments
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with ability to translate business challenges into actionable data & AI optimization plans.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; able to navigate a matrix organization effectively.
  • Agile, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning in a fast-evolving digital landscape.
  • Preferred: Background in digital, data & AI, consulting experience with related projects (nice to have), or commercial operations.
  • Fluent in English.
