We are searching for the best talent for Soft Services Senior Supervisor.
Purpose:
Contributes to the Soft Services team by supervising individual contributors and/or Supervisors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Leads processes and assignments for the soft service’s organizational objectives and business goals. Directs workflow for strategic plans and serves as a primary point of contact for the team.
Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve Facilities/Grounds, Custodial, Cleaning & Laundry goals.
You will be responsible for:
In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
- Supervises the daily operations for soft services activities such as cleaning (GxP and non-GxP), laundry service, pest control, ground maintenance, mail logistics, waste management, workplace management (space and moves management, amenities, furniture), light duty maintenance, building maintenance, physical security and food services. and other facilities through its supervisors. Assists in developing overall property oversight and contractors’ management.
- Assigns and coordinates the allocation of building space, layout, communication services, facility expansion and energy efficiency. Assists with the estimation of service costs and for the selection of contractors / vendors.
- Prioritizes and monitors progress on work being performed. Develops plans for GxP and non-GxP cleaning operations and maintenance. Maintains all FM documentation which are not limited to: maintenance and cleaning documentation, pest control reports, documenting design drawings and specifications, budget. Implements and complies with company safety practices, policies and procedures. Recognizes and rewards safe behavior. Prioritizes, assigns and coordinates the operations of cleaning and maintenance of the building.
- Supervises, develops, evaluates and disciplines staff. Ensures that the staff have the necessary guidance and tools for effective job performance.
- Coordinates interactions among technicians, engineers, contractors & customers.
- Perform administrative functions for facilities department regarding building maintenance functions.
- Coordinates and distributes all work order requests.
- Ensures the organization and updating of work order files.
- Supports maintenance building staff and contractors’ managers/ supervisors directly with work instructions, work order follow up, parts follow up, permits and status updates.
- Ensure the availability of the permits to perform maintenance with the appropriate materials.
- Communicates maintenance clarification, priorities, and special instructions. Oversees all moves and relocations.
- Implement plans and strategies for environmentally safe in maintenance plan.
- Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's objectives for the Facilities/Grounds, Custodial, Cleaning & Laundry function.
- Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
- Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Experience and education
- University bachelor’s degree completed in a field related to the position.
