The Lead Analyst, HR Data Operations role is responsible for providing higher level subject matter expertise more complex workforce data analysis and maintenance on Workday HR data, and take point in HR Data projects and initiatives, as part of Global Services support. They will help drive global HR data consistency and compliance in workforce processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy.
Supervises experienced business enablers and/or entry individual contributors. Collaborates with the leadership team to ensure systems, processes, and tools are aligned to support needs. Establishes vision for human resources processes, people, and technology.
------- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES ------
Supervises individual contributors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
Identifies and implements continuous improvement enhancements and troubleshoots process errors.
Partners with various departments to identify trends related to growth and future skillset needs.
Assists in preparing payroll and benefit contribution uploads.
Supports team members in the creation of documentation for processes and procedures related to human resources services.
Assists with the preparation of various human resources programs and projects.
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information.
Contributes to the development of communications and training programs for human resources operations.
Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
