We are searching for the best talent for this Market Access Manager - Specialty Care, based in Panamá City.
Responsabilities:
Consults on definitions and goals of the health economics market access area structure, working with local pricing, reimbursement, and outcomes research teams to develop evidence generation including health economic modeling and budget impact analysis.
Benchmarks successful achievements against key metrics by capturing needs and expectations in the healthcare environment and establishing relationships with internal and external stakeholders and management decision makers.
Coaches related areas in integrating market access strategies into product plans that comply with the company’s regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Executes strategic market access deliverables to build a leading presence at meetings with authorities, clients, industry associations, and other business partners.
Serves as a key advisor on access strategies and is actively engaged with the global, clinical, and commercial product teams, as well as area strategy groups.
Approves and implements health access protocol by integrating medical research and current economic industry intelligence to drive and promote optimal value strategies.
Controls budgetary responsibilities for defining and managing market access discretionary budgets, ensuring that spending is managed effectively throughout the year.
Coaches and trains junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
Qualifications:
Completed Bachelor´s Degree required. Health Economics degree or relevant diploma is advantageous
Understanding of the institutional healthcare landscape across Central America and the Caribbean (CENCA) required
Proven abilities in stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate the clinical, economic, and value proposition of healthcare products is required
Previous experience in Market Access preferred
Prior experience in HEOR (Health Economics & Outcomes Research) and Value & Access strategies is advantageous
Prior background engaging and influence payers, reimbursement bodies, and public healthcare institutions is desired
Ideally, experience driving formulary inclusion, reimbursement submissions, and market access initiatives.
Prior experience developing and executing strategic market access plans across multiple markets is desired
Ability to effectively communicate the clinical, economic, and value proposition of healthcare products.
