关键职责：
协助数据仪表板的开发，维护和优化
- 设计、构建并持续优化数据看板，为用户提供清晰、可操作的市场洞察。
- 将复杂数据集转化为直观、易理解的可视化报告。
- 定期更新数据，并进行基础数据清理，确保数据准确性。
- 维护和完善手术机器人数据库。
协助自动化和效率
- 使用 Python、R 等编程语言编写脚本，实现数据处理流程的自动化与加速。
- 优化数据看板报告和表格布局，简化数据录入并减少错误。
- 优化数据看板结构和视觉元素，以提高用户体验和可读性。
实验室资本设备的支持管理和跟踪
- 协助维护实验室资本设备的准确库存，包括机器人系统、成像设备。
- 更新资产管理日志和文件，以跟踪设备状态、位置和使用历史。
- 与相关团队协调安排维护、校准或维修。

- 对“数据讲故事”充满好奇，乐于发现趋势并提炼洞察。
- 乐于在经验丰富的专业人士指导下学习和成长。
- 具备良好的英语与普通话沟通能力（口头、书面及演讲）。
- 有 Python编程经验优先。
