Using data science and analytics to improve team performance
Dale, a manager for HR talent insights and analytics, began his J&J Manila career as a data science and analytics lead on the procurement team. In that role, he helped pioneer the Global Services regional analytics team for Asia Pacific while building deep expertise in data engineering, predictive modeling and advanced data visualization.
His work has since expanded to include data strategy and governance, giving him a broader understanding of what it takes to scale analytics capabilities at an enterprise level. Today, he uses those skills to provide decision-driven insights that help teams make the greatest impact.
