- Develop integrated CI plans (playbooks) with defined intelligence objectives, priority competitors, and focus areas
- Lead cross‑functional and cross‑regional debriefs to drive consistent interpretation, insight synthesis, and alignment
- Ensure timely, clear, and impactful dissemination of insights to senior stakeholders
Market Analysis & New Opportunity Exploration
- Monitor emerging science, targets, and mechanisms of action to identify early-stage competitive and external innovation opportunities
- Conduct competitive due diligence to support early pipeline assessments and Business Development activities
- Translate competitive insights into implications for Target Product Profiles (TPP), lifecycle strategy, forecasting assumptions, and to inform LRFP
- Apply analytical rigor by integrating CI, market research, and secondary data to support data‑driven decision making
Strategic Decision Support & Analytics
- Utilize data, insights, and analytics to create strategic scenarios, option sets, and trade-off assessments
- Enable faster, more aligned decision making by providing structured competitive perspectives tailored to leadership needs
