Johnson & Johnson Global Services is currently seeking an Analyst APAR to join its Global Financial Services (GFS) organization in Bogotá, Colombia.

Position Description
The Analyst APAR role is responsible for end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, including collections, customer account reconciliation, payment remittance follow-up, cash application, and dispute resolution. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable portfolios under assigned responsibility.
- Negotiate and manage payment agreements with customers, ensuring healthy cash flow and profitability.
- Establish and maintain positive long-term relationships with customers.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Compliance, Customer Service, and Delivery teams.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation and confirmation of accounts receivable balances.
- Obtain payment remittance documentation and ensure timely payment integration in line with corporate cash application schedules.
- Identify, prevent, and escalate potential uncollectible account risks, preparing action plans as needed.
- Identify and report dispute cases and coordinate resolution with responsible teams.
- Ensure compliance with audit controls and support internal and external audit requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and trends against industry benchmarks.
- Support special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Cash Application, or AR Accounting.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of invoice-to-cash processes and financial analysis is desirable.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Mandatory knowledge of SAP (AR and FI modules) and advanced Excel.
- Desirable knowledge of Power BI and/or Tableau and AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot).
- Strong accounting and account reconciliation knowledge.
- Solid stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a shared services and LATAM environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Language Requirement
- English: Intermediate–Advanced level (required).
