l Learning Oncology Hematology & Solid Tumor New Product Portfolio Launch Strategy and Implementation
Objective: Understand the comprehensive strategy required for the successful launch of new hematology / Oncology products, including market analysis, competitive landscape, and regulatory with market access considerations.
l Co-create Brand Position and Segmentation Strategy of Hematology/Solid Tumor Product Portfolio
Objective: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an effective brand positioning framework and segmentation strategy, targeting specific customer needs and differentiating the product portfolio in the market.
l On-the-Job Training with Cross-Functional Teams to Support Marketing Execution Plan
Objective: Engage in practical training with cross-functional teams to learn the marketing execution processes and how to effectively align strategies across functions.
l Close Work with Sales Team to Understand Selling Skills and Gain Customer Insights
Objective: Work closely with the sales team to enhance understanding of effective selling techniques and gather valuable insights about customer preferences and behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
Learning plan
l Discovery and Foundation Building: Receive support from the marketing team and business unit (BU) in the first 90 days.
l Start to involve customer insight analysis and campaign development.
