The Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an opportunity for a high-performing, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and shape the Joint Reconstruction Team in NSW, North. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, NSW & VIC, you will have the opportunity to shape strategy, inspire performance, drive growth, empower teams to meet targets, build relationships, and champion our brand with customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of Product Specialists, Clinical Specialists, and a Clinical Team Leader, while driving regional sales strategy execution aligned to national objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving growth through opportunity identification, increased usage, and enhanced product visibility.
- Coordinate and lead weekly team huddles to review initiatives, customer feedback, and year‑to‑date sales performance, fostering engagement through open communication, recognition, and team‑led initiatives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of agreed business plans.
About You
- Degree qualified with proven background in medical device sales (ideally orthopaedics) and demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with strong knowledge and understanding of the local market.
- A natural relationship builder who can clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of the business.
- With a passion for coaching and developing people, and the ability to engage, negotiate and influence stakeholders
