Role Purpose
The Business & Commercial Excellence Lead is responsible for driving commercial effectiveness, enabling data-driven decision making, and enhancing execution across DPS Israel. The role ensures strong alignment between strategy, performance management, and field execution to drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency while leveraging data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Support commercial excellence agenda, including KPI frameworks and performance management, and translate it into actionable/ operational plans for strategic optimization.
Support driving sales force effectiveness (targeting, segmentation, incentive schemes) while utilizing market intelligence and internal data to identify growth opportunities
Focal point in Business Plan and ensure accuracy, efficiency and transparency
Develop and implement pricing, dashboards, analytics, BI and reporting tools
Identify performance gaps and highlight/recommend management team corrective actions including adoption of tools (such as CRM) to improve efficiency
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align strategy, priorities and execution
Support deployment of global and regional commercial initiatives locally
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field
MBA – advantage
Experience
4-6+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence /Data Analyst/ Sales Operations / Consulting
Experience in matrix/global organizations – advantage
Healthcare / MedTech experience – advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI and CRM tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Monday)
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Strategic mindset with execution capability
