Job Description Summary :
This role supports financial operations related to project cost management, intercompany transactions, and month-end close activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, ownership in execution, and the ability to follow structured processes while working closely with Finance Business Partners and cross-functional teams.
Job Description:
- Execute intercompany cross charge (in/out) processes, including data preparation, validation, posting, and reconciliation in accordance with internal guidelines
- Support month-end close activities, including accrual preparation and journal entry posting related to project and operational costs
- Perform project-related cost tracking and monitoring to ensure accuracy and timely reporting
- Prepare and upload budget and forecast data into Finance system(Anaplan, TM1), ensuring alignment with provided assumptions
- Review project and operational cost data, identifying discrepancies and supporting issue resolution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Audit, Compliance) by preparing required financial data and documentation
- Ensure all tasks are completed in line with internal policies, timelines, and quality standards, supporting Finance Business Partner activities
Experience and Skills:
- 0-3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in intercompany transactions and month-end close is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) is a plus
- Business level proficiency in English (verbal and written) and native fluency in Korean.
