APAC Logistics Process and Performance Management Lead role focus on creating value by governing Deliver portfolio of priorities, drive performance management processes and provide primary integration support to strategic link between the Supply Chain senior leadership and commercial organization.
· Lead Asia Pacific Deliver Operations performance management processes [Warehouse, Transportation]
· Lead Project Portfolio Management governance & Budgeting for APAC Deliver
· Provide E2E integration support.
· MedTech Strategic support
Responsibilities:
· Support the shaping of the APAC SC strategic agenda ensuring focus on key strategic priorities and growth drivers while simultaneously working to evolve the meeting cadence and structure to drive overall efficiencies.
· Compile data and trends analysis to incorporate recommendations and state of the business presentations. Assist with and provide research/background information, content development, and creation of presentations.
· Spends the necessary time with the APAC Leadership team to act as common thread throughout the team with speed and efficiency – ensure the expected outcomes are driven throughout the team consistently & thoughtfully.
· Be a liaison to challenge the status quo, trade ideas & ensure the milestones progress according to plan.
· Lead or support strategic planning for APAC Deliver
· Lead APAC Deliver performance management processes, partnering with relevant global, regional, and local stakeholders in establishing and standardizing KPIs and reporting cadence. Manage compilation and publication of metrics/dashboards/reports and support appropriate performance measurement reviews.
· Lead Asia Pacific portfolio reporting and business analytics – provide clear visibility on status and progress tracking, sufficiency to meet goals and affordability (budget, resource) to execute the portfolio.
· Lead and facilitate monthly regional portfolio governance meetings to review regional portfolio and projects that are submitted for stage gate approval.
· Lead effective assessments and executions of the BU initiatives within Deliver space and drive issue resolutions and decisions.
· Conduct required analysis to determine end-to-end tradeoffs (e.g. cost, OTIF-D, inventory) and to define Deliver implications of changes / imperatives
· Support orchestration of Deliver SC operational performance, CIP management, failure mode analysis, analytics, and continuous improvement.
· Lead regional portfolio management team and orchestrate the portfolio organization across clusters.
· Analytics and Reporting
Lead the end-to-end design and rollout of scorecards and KPIs in partnership with Analytics, ensuring 100% data accuracy and reliable performance measurement.
Drive Target Setting process for region
Conduct LT monthly reviews. Orchestrate performance management process of data preparation, presentation and getting comments/insights from markets
Lead analytics improvement projects to bring more visibility and reducing complexity

Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations & Transportation, Strategic Operations and Program Management. Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Operations Research/Management Science, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. Commercial and strategic awareness with Solid project management experience; FPX methodology experience is preferred.
Strong program management skills with deep knowledge of warehousing and transportation processes to drive process improvements, optimize operations, and deliver measurable cost, service, and compliance outcomes.
Excellent framing skills. Role demands that incumbent can synthesize information and communicate impact to broad audience. Given the dynamic nature of dealing with various functions and franchise and speed of decision required in a customer-facing function, high degree of independent judgment is required
Excellent interpersonal communication, customer orientation and organization skills are required.
Strong communications skills, verbal and written and through different types of technology and media are required.
Analytical and process oriented, with strong decision making / problem-solving skills; the ability to develop innovative methodologies and solutions to difficult logistics problems and projects is required.
Strategic / big picture-oriented thinking and good communication skills with ability to partner with and influence across all levels of the organization and cross-functionally.
Knowledge and experience of supply chain, operations, and finance interfaces with key supply chain pillars.
