Job Description:

Entry to developing individual ontributor,who works under close supervision.Helps implement projects,programs,and processes in suppor of the organizations overalllinical Sales-Hospital/Hospital Systems strategy.Appliestheoretical knowledge of the Clinical Sales-Hospital/Hospital Systems feld to carry out procedures and plans for the area.

—-DUTIES&RESPONSIBILITES--

Helps establishand implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Clinica Sales-Specialty Prysicians initiatives.

Contributes to projects,programs,or processes for the Clinical Sales-Specialty Physicians area.

Iintegrates methods based on analyses of rends and the competitive landscapet continuly improve the organizations Clinical Sales-Specialty Prysicians strategy.

Generates growthiritiative witin the cincal sales areaby reviewing consumer analytics and ommunicating data driven sales and oustomer retentionstrategies.

Attends to cases in customer accounts and advises physicians on clinical atributes or techniques associated withproducts.

Implements growth initiatives and improves competitive positioning through innovaive sales and customer retention strategies.

Understands and applies Johnson&Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in dayto-day interactions with team.

This job is salaried.

Job is eligible for sales incentive/sales commissions.
