We are looking for the best talent for the Medical Scientific Liaison (Temporary role), to be based in either Panama City, Panama.
The main activities are:
- Build and maintain strategic scientific relationships with community and academic HCPs, driving medical practice evolution through scientific exchange, education, and evidence-based discussions.
- Lead scientific engagement and market-shaping activities for pipeline and in-line products, supporting pre-launch readiness, investigator engagement, and the adoption of innovative therapies.
- Execute territory and KOL engagement plans aligned with the medical strategy, delivering educational programs and high-quality scientific interactions that address customer needs.
- Serve as a trusted scientific partner by responding to medical inquiries, translating clinical evidence into real-world practice, and supporting research site identification and engagement when needed.
- Gather and communicate actionable medical insights on treatment paradigms, unmet needs, scientific knowledge gaps, competitor activities, and opportunities to inform Medical Affairs strategy and evidence generation.
Minimum Qualification
- Health Sciences degree (MD or PharmD) with the ability to understand and discuss scientific and clinical data.
- Strong scientific acumen and learning agility, including the ability to interpret clinical evidence, understand treatment paradigms, and communicate scientific information to healthcare professionals.
- 0–2 years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, academia, clinical practice, clinical research, pharmaceutical industry, or related scientific roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the potential to develop peer-to-peer scientific engagement with HCPs and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and digital tools, with demonstrated ability and willingness to leverage technology, virtual engagement channels, and data-driven approaches in daily work.
- Ability to work as a Medical Representative/MSL in Panama (country requirements).
- Drivers License.
