The Trainee Marketing Electrophysiology will closely work with the Marketing and Sales Team to support key marketing activities like congress organization and coordinates key data collection and management on supply and market data as well as internal system set ups.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Support new product introductions from the marketing side including working with different teams within the company to open the products in the internal system

  • Supply management and coordination with Sales Team

  • Collect market data

  • Support / drive ad-hoc projects of the Swiss Commercial Team and its value-based healthcare projects including digital solutions

  • Co-lead of specific customer projects such as evaluation of questionnaires, elaboration of case stories or analysis of surgical process optimizations

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in (Bio)Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Full-time availability is preferred; however, candidates with 70–80% availability (approximately 28–32 hours per week) will also be considered.

  • Knowledge of the healthcare system and clinical environment is an advantage.

  • Strong service, support, solution, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively drive tasks to completion.

  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and collaborating effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills are required.

  • German language skills are considered a strong asset but are not mandatory.

  • Knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage.
