We are searching for the best talent for Commercial Operations Coordinator - DePuy Synthes to be in Seoul.
Position Summary: Commercial Operations Coordinator supports commercial operations, reporting, business administration, and general affairs activities that enable efficient day-to-day business execution. This role works cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, distributors, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence, compliance, data accuracy, and a positive employee experience.
You will be responsible for:
Commercial Operations Support
- Support day-to-day commercial operations activities, including product returns, credit notes, sales adjustments, and related documentation to ensure accurate and compliant transaction processing.
- Coordinate product sample requests, maintain usage records, and ensure all supporting documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Maintain vendor and customer master data and support business partner onboarding, updates, and administrative requests.
- Support pricing administration activities, including contract pricing, list price maintenance, and pricing-related documentation management.
- Process purchase orders through company systems and coordinate payment follow-up activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage repair administration activities, including work order creation, warranty verification, repair tracking, service charge administration, and system updates.
- Support order release, credit release, and sales adjustment requests by validating documentation and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with compliance and governance activities, including sales incentive reviews, copy review documentation, and audit preparation.
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute recurring commercial reports, including inventory, back-order, repair, and sales performance reports.
- Consolidate and analyze operational data from SAP, SharePoint, Tableau, and other business systems to support business decisions and operational visibility.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reporting files, and documentation to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through process optimization and automation.
General Affairs & Administrative Operations
- Coordinate office services, facility maintenance, vendor management, and daily administrative operations across company locations.
- Support invoice processing, payment administration, accrual tracking, and month-end closing activities.
- Assist with employee support programs, company housing administration, and organizational change-related administrative activities.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and workplace resources to ensure a productive and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate company meetings, workshops, events, and employee engagement activities, including vendor communication and logistical arrangements.
Qualifications / Requirements:
Recent graduates or those with less than 2 years of business experience
Those who have completed military service or are exempt and have no reason for disqualification for overseas travel
Strong communication skills, relationship-building, collaboration, and teamwork
Resilience and courage in unfamiliar and challenging situations
The ability to instill trust, including adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations
Proficiency in both Korean and English for effective communication and collaboration in the workplace
