Job Description:

The Global Learning Enablement (GLE) organization, part of Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS), is recruiting an Analyst to join the Learning Delivery team.


Learning Delivery is a core capability within Global Learning Enablement (GLE) that delivers high-quality learning experiences through the end-to-end execution of learning programs. The team is responsible for scheduling, enrollment, learner support, virtual and onsite production, and stakeholder engagement to ensure detailed, scalable, and learner-centric delivery. It applies data and insights to drive continuous improvement, enhance the learner experience, and support the delivery of standardized and personalized onsite and virtual programs across the organization.


The Analyst, Learning Delivery is responsible for the end-to-end execution of learning programs across operations and production. The role handles program setup, scheduling, enrollment, participant support, learning system updates, and virtual and onsite production activities from pre-session planning through post-session completion. The Analyst coordinates with facilitators, vendors, internal teams, and program stakeholders; resolves routine delivery issues; escalates risks and exceptions; and completes required activities to support consistent, high-quality learner experiences. At this level, the role executes defined processes and escalates exceptions to the Senior Analyst, Learning Delivery. Program ownership sits with the Senior Analyst, and delivery decisions sit with the Senior Supervisor.


Key Responsibilities:

As Analyst, Learning Delivery, your role will be to:

  • Support the end-to-end execution of programs across operations and production by managing schedules, program and session setup, enrollment, communications, surveys, rosters, and system updates.
  • Own and coordinate the production of virtual and onsite sessions, including venue setup and booking, technology, materials, catering, access, and local support, while working with facilitators, coaches, vendors, participants, and program teams.
  • Support personalized learning and closed enrollments by managing intake requests, participant preparation, coach coordination, attendance, and post-program follow-up.
  • Throughout each program, you will monitor enrollment, respond to participant needs, track attendance and completion records, and coordinate rescheduling or cancellations across systems and partners.
  • When issues arise, you will help resolve them, share risks with the right people, and use feedback and data to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in event management, learning, or HR operations is required.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Experience in learning or program delivery
  • Proficiency in learning management and virtual delivery systems
  • Basic reporting, data cleaning, and trend analysis
  • Operational compliance and confidential information handling
  • Onsite event logistics and participant experience practices
  • Coordination, communication, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Attention to detail and management of multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Initiative, work tracking, clear communication, and project management principles

Preferred experience in:

  • Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Customer Service, and Hospitality
  • Related industry experience in Event Planning & Management, Learning & Development, Operations

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of end-to-end learning delivery processes, including scheduling, enrollment, learner support, and onsite and virtual production.
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Ability to bring structure to complex situations
  • Knowledge of digital tools, automation, and AI

Other:

  • Advanced English is needed
  • Scrum or Agile methodologies is preferred
