Overview:
The Deliver Americas Partner Management Supervisor supports the execution of the regional governance model for external logistics partners across North America, including 3PLs, carriers, and other logistics providers.
This role focuses on driving consistent operational routines, monitoring partner performance, and supporting issue resolution and continuous improvement activities across the network. The Supervisor works closely with Site Operations, Procurement, Quality, and Finance to ensure that partner performance aligns with service, cost, and compliance expectations.
The role is part of the Americas Regional Operations Platform and supports the Partner Operations capability by ensuring day-to-day governance, performance tracking, and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Governance & Operating Model Support
- Support the implementation of the Americas partner governance framework, including meeting cadence, escalation routines, and performance tracking.
- Ensure consistent application of partner management standards across sites while respecting local requirements.
- Coordinate governance forums (e.g., MBRs/QBRs preparation, action tracking, follow-ups).
- Reinforce clarity of roles and ways of working across Site Operations, Procurement, Quality, and other stakeholders.
Contract Execution & Operational Discipline
- Support translation of contractual commitments into operational routines and performance metrics.
- Track and validate partner performance against contractual KPIs and service expectations.
- Assist in monitoring gainshare/painshare, service credits, and productivity commitments in collaboration with Finance and Procurement.
- Provide operational input and data for contract reviews, renewals, and performance discussions.
Partner Performance Management
- Track partner performance using established KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards.
- Identify performance gaps in service, cost, quality, or compliance and escalate as needed.
- Support the development and follow-up of corrective and preventive action plans.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency for performance reporting.
Continuous Improvement & Productivity
- Support identification and tracking of productivity and improvement opportunities within partner operations.
- Monitor execution of agreed improvement initiatives (e.g., cost savings, process improvements, service enhancements).
- Partner with Site Operations and Continuous Improvement teams to follow up on execution and results.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across sites.
Partner Transitions & Operational Support
- Support execution of partner onboarding, offboarding, and transitions at site or regional level.
- Help ensure transition plans include operational readiness, training, and risk mitigation.
- Track stabilization activities post-transition and escalate risks or issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a key point of coordination between Site Operations and regional teams for partner-related topics.
- Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and support alignment across functions.
- Escalate risks, issues, and performance concerns in a timely and structured manner.
- Build collaborative working relationships with external partners to support day-to-day operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in logistics, operations, or supplier/partner management
- Experience working with 3PLs or external service providers
- Understanding of operational KPIs and performance tracking
Preferred / Plus
- Experience in North America operations
- Experience in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, healthcare)

$94,000.00 - $151,800.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
