We are searching for the best talent for Finance Analyst.
Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Finance Analyst to be based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Purpose:
The Finance Analyst will support the accurate, compliant and timely financial closing process for MedTech Brazil, including P&L and balance sheet activities. This role will partner with Global Services Finance (GSF), Business Unit stakeholders and local statutory teams to support closing activities, accrual reviews, financial analysis, accounting processes, cost projects and SOX controls.
You will be responsible for:
Closing and Reporting
- Coordinate closing activities in partnership with GSF and the Business Unit.
- Prepare key MRC accruals and support related reviews.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- Partner with GSF to ensure clear understanding and accuracy of postings.
- Liaise with the Legal Entity Statutory team on legal reporting and local statutory results.
- Support Legal Entity US GAAP and Local GAAP reporting to the Country Tax Centre.
- Support process improvement initiatives, cost projects and SOX control preparation.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- Fluent English required; Spanish desirable.
- Solid knowledge of BR GAAP, US GAAP, accounting and financial reporting.
- Solid ERP knowledge; SAP, Tableau, Power BI or Power Apps skills desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills and ownership.
- Digital skills desirable
- Availability to work in São Paulo under the applicable J&J work model.
