We are searching for the best talent for Manufacturing Applications Integrator Engineer to be in Juarez City.

The Manufacturing Applications Integrator Engineer is responsible for driving the adoption, integration, and optimization of manufacturing applications (primary MES) to enable business value and manufacturing process improvement across production operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Partner with manufacturing operations to understand production processes, business requirements, and operational challenges.
- Serve as the primary support contact for manufacturing application-related operational needs and issues.
- Support the implementation, adoption, and sustainment of manufacturing applications within production areas.
- Support manufacturing application activities for new product introductions, process changes, and production line expansions.
- Ensure manufacturing application data, workflows, and reporting accurately reflect approved manufacturing processes.
- Support operational reporting and performance metrics related to production, quality, and compliance objectives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Automation, Project, and IT teams, and other as required.
- Support investigations, issue resolution, and continuous improvement activities involving manufacturing applications.
- Maintain strong shop floor engagement and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Support application testing, validation, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Experience and Education
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing operations, manufacturing applications, MES, automation, industrial IT, or related roles.
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems, production processes, or operational technologies.
- Experience working with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Automation, or IT teams.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
- English proficiency required (written and verbal).
