Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for motivated professionals at all levels who are ready to tackle the toughest challenges. We want to make an immediate, measurable impact on people everywhere—and we need your help to do it. That’s why you must:
- Possess or be actively pursuing at least a bachelor’s degree or above, depending on the role
- Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as leadership qualities
- Be able to handle multiple projects and initiatives while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
